The multiplier event took place on 5 March 2023 in the city of Priverno, in southern Lazio, the city where all the project activities took place. We therefore deemed it necessary to carry out the multiplier event here. We decided to hold the multiplier event in a very important moment for the city of Priverno, the celebrations for the patron saint of the city: San Tommaso d'Aquino. We asked for the collaboration of Confcommercio Priverno, as well as that of the Pro Loco of Priverno APS, associated partner of the project. CONFCOMMERCIO - Imprese per l'Italia, is an Italian General Confederation of Enterprises, Professional Activities and Self- Employment, is the largest enterprise representation in Italy, associating over 700,000 enterprises. In particular, Confcommercio Priverno is part of Confcommercio Lazio Sud which is the largest company representation in the provinces of Latina and Frosinone and associates around 6,000 businesses in the trade, tourism and services. For the celebrations of the patron saint San Tommaso d'Aquino, the Confcommercio organized an event that involved the pastry shops of the city, a pastry contest. We have decided to include our multiplier event within this event, having as participants in the event numerous companies in the artisan and food and wine sector. We have also decided to make the event even more interesting and culturally rich by inviting some exponents of culture and the area to speak. Their interventions were inspired by the Eurica project and concerned the ritual cuisine and the territory of Priverno. 55 people took part in the event, two of whom were part of the project staff. The 53 external participants in the project are all representatives of local businesses, exponents of culture and representatives of the local administration.

Implementation Overview
The multiplier event aroused interest among the participants. We must note that those present were more interested in the information relating to the preservation of intangible cultural heritage while the digitization procedures took a back seat, although arousing curiosity. The event began at 16.00 in an important restaurant in the city of Priverno. The event was advertised on the social channels of the Speha Fresia Cooperative, the Pro Loco of Priverno APS and the ConfCommercio Priverno. A poster was created to publicize the event and a poster to allow participants to see the recipes digitized by the Italian partner. An Agenda was created with the speeches of the speakers and the title of their speech. All evidence is collected in this folder . The project presentation described all phases of the project. After a brief presentation of Speha Fresia and the partnership that constitutes the consortium, the IO1 Guide to the digitization procedure was presented, we described the research conducted and the contents of the guide, then we presented IO2, focusing on the training path and on the realization of the digitization of the identified ritual recipes. The training course was also illustrated during the presentation of the IO3 Presentation Channels. We have told how all the modules can be reached on the project YouTube channel. The latest intellectual product, IO4 Recommendations on how to use methods, knowledge and skills in different domains, saw the participation of ConfCommercio Priverno thanks to which the research questionnaires were sent to its members.

Finally, the digitized ritual recipes were presented which all those present were able to view, taking advantage of a poster where QRCodes were printed which allow access to the Italian channel of the project where the videos were uploaded. At the end of the presentation of the project, the speakers of the event presented their works, some presented slides that have been collected in this folder . The presentation of the project aroused the interest of the public who viewed the material and above all the digitized ritual recipes thanks to the poster with the QRcodes.
